2. Confirm that you have successfully installed the driver software by following our provided steps.
3. If you have reinstalled the driver software, make sure to print to the same active printer name when printing, such as LP320 Printer (copy1), (copy2),...
4.Please ensure that you have loaded the label paper properly. Let the label paper extend out of the printer outlet so that it can be detected correctly.
